How do I order?
Ordering Online: After filling your shopping cart with the desired items, proceed to checkout to select shipping options and securely enter your payment information. We use the PayPal merchant service, however, you do not need a PayPal account to buy, just select I don't have a PayPal account.
Ordering by Phone:
To order by phone call 310.890.4249 – Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. Please have your credit card information available and items you would like to purchase ready when calling.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Please note that we cannot process all international credit cards. In this case, we recommend using PayPal

When will my order be shipped?
Orders submitted by 2:00 pm PST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Order submitted after 2:00 pm PST, on weekends or US Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
What type of shipping do you offer for USA orders?

Do you ship International outside of the USA?

How can I check on the status of my order?
To view your order status, click on Shop at the top of the page and click on Sign In.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package and estimate the time of arrival.
For orders shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS), you can track your order here: www.USPS.com.
For orders shipped with the United Parcel Service (UPS), you can track your order here: www.UPS.com.
Unfortunately, tracking information is not available at this time for some international orders after the package leaves the USA.

Enter the coupon code or gift card code in the Coupon or Gift Card box on the shopping cart page and update your cart.
Are items ever back-ordered?
The majority of our products are hand made and not made in quantity. If we have an item and you would like more than we have in stock send an email to email@example.com and we will let you know if we can make more.
I got the wrong order! What should I do?
